County Council planning applications system

This site can be used to submit on-line planning applications for Minerals, Waste and County Council Developments using either the National Planning Applications Form (1APP), for Waste and County Council Developments or Leicestershire County Council's Minerals Planning Application Form. For all other proposals, such as commercial, industrial or household building works, please contact the relevant borough or district council.

From this system it is possible to search for current applications, and decisions made, view decision notices as well as making representations about planning applications currently under consideration.

Submitting an application

If you are submitting an application for a Waste or County Council Development you will be redirected to the National Planning Portal web site and asked to register with them before completing your application.
